Lucy joined the practice in January 2021 as a trainee dental nurse. She passed a level 3 in dental nursing diploma in summer 2023 and has recently taken on the role as our marketing coordinator to showcase our life changing smiles across our social media channels. Lucy also helps Lauren to train our new trainee dental nurses working towards their qualification and as well as working in surgery assisting our dentists, she is also part of our reception team as she loves chatting with our patients!
Recently Lucy has taken on the role as ‘Was Not Brought’ champion, Lucy says: ‘I decided to take on this role as I am passionate about preventative care and protecting children who maybe in a vulnerable situation. Within our demographic, the North West is one of the worst areas for dental health and I think it is important that we care for the children in the area to ensure we are giving children the chance of a good oral health routine as it can have a huge impact later in adult life.’
